°2 cups (500 mL) grilled chicken breast
°1/4 cup (65 ml) ranch dressing
°1/2 cup (125 mL) mozzarella cheese
°4 8-inch tortillas
°1/4 cup (65 mL) chopped fresh cilantro
Spread the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread out a quarter of your chicken (1/2 cup). Add 1 tablespoon of vinaigrette, 2 tablespoons of cheese and 1 tablespoon of cilantro. Close and seal. Repeat for the other 3 wraps. Heat a saucepan or your barbecue over medium heat. Brush with a little oil. Brown the wraps for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
