Ingredients:
Potatoes
Celery
Onion
Carrots
Parsley flakes
Salt
Water
Milk
Butter
Cheese
PREPARATION:
Dice potatoes, celery, onion, carrots , put in a skillet and simply add sufficient water to cover potatoes, I cook until practically finished.
Then, at that point, add milk , and I added a cheddar to it as well.
Then, at that point, I thickened it up somewhat more … it was generally excellent .
