CORNBREAD

Ingredients :
°50g butter
°1 tsp salt
°2 tsp yeast
°1 tbsp honey or sugar
°37.5 cl drinking yogurt or milk
°150g flour
°200g cornmeal
°2 eggs
* Methods:
STEP 1
Preheat oven th 5.5.
2ND STEP
Taking 1 square mold 22 cm. Melting butter in pan also turning it to butter sides. Letting besides.
STEP 3
In a bowl, mixing flour, cornmeal, salt and baking powder. Mix the milk, yogurt, eggs and honey and incorporate them into the dry ingredients.
STEP 4

Add the melted butter without stirring for long. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
STEP 5
Cutting to squares and eat hot.
