Peanut Blossom Cookies

Ingredients:
°1 bag Betty Crocker™ Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
°45 ml (3 tbsp.) vegetable oil
°10 ml (2 tsp.) water
°1 egg
°125 ml (1/2 cup) Hershey’s™ Mini Kisses™ milk chocolate
°15 ml (3 tsp.) sparkling white sugar
°16 Hershey’s™ Kisses™ Milk Chocolates

Preheat oven 175°C (350°F). Spray bottom only of 23-cm (9-inch) square pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, mix with a spoon the cookie mix, oil, water and egg until a stiff dough forms. Add Mini Kisses™. Press the dough into the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of sparkling sugar on top.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until top is golden brown. Immediately garnish with Kisses™ removed from their packaging arranged in rows of 4 by 4. Sprinkle with the remaining 5 ml (1 tsp) of sparkling sugar. Let cool completely on a wire rack for about 1 hour. Cut into 4 rows and 4 columns with a Chocolate Kisses™ in the center of each bar. Stored in an airtight container.
