INGREDIENTS

➡200g biscuit

➡100g melted butter

➡5 eggs

➡700g cream cheese

➡100g (1/2 cup) sugar

➡150g melted chocolate

➡2 tbsp vegetable oil

➡40g (1/3 cup) Hazelnut grain

 

METHOD

➡In a bowl mix together crushed biscuits and melted butter, transfer to the baking pan, and press it.

➡In another bowl mix cream cheese with eggs and sugar.

➡Pour onto the pressed biscuits. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 45 minutes.

➡Cut into squares and dip into the melted chocolate and hazelnut grain mixture.

➡Freeze for 15 minutes.
