Ingredients
°2 pounds. Minced beef
°1 Taco Seasoning Package
°1 Can discharge corn
°1 Nacho cheese soup can
°32 ounces. Frozen Tater Bag
°1 1⁄2 Grated Cheddar cheese
*How to make
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Add the mince to a large frying pan over medium-high heat on the stove, and fry until the meat is completely brown. Drain any excess fat.
Reduce the heat to low and stir the taco seasoning. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the corn and soup until combined. Continue cooking for one or two minutes.
Pour the meat mixture into the bottom of a well-greased bread dish 9 × 13.
Place the mixture over the potatoes in an equal layer.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cover with grated cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
