Mini pineapple upside-down cakes.
Melted butter and brown sugar mixed together.
Put in the bottom of each hole of a cupcake pan.
Then 1 cherry and 1 pineapple slice in each one.
Regular yellow cake mix to fill them the rest of the way up.
Cooked 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Cool, flip pan over on tray. All fall out perfectly.
