Ingredients
- Sugar 1 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour half cup
- Cocoa powder 3 tablespoons
- Eggs 2
- Butter half cup at room temperature
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl add the butter and sugar and beat it with the help of an electric mixer for 2-4 minutes.
- Add the beaten eggs, vanilla essence, cocoa powder, and salt to the same mixture. Mix it well to make a good fluffy mixture.
- Now add the flour and mix it with the help of a spatula because we do not want to beat it too hard. I usually mix it with my hand so it turns out to be gooey.
- Grease an 8-inch pan and add the mixture to it. Bake it for 30-35 minutes until the cake is perfectly set and still a little gooey from the inside.
- Top it with your favorite ice cream and enjoy the perfect dessert.
