These roast beef and cheese sliders are crazy delicious and super easy to make! Savory roast beef and melty cheese wrapped up in sweet Hawaiian rolls and then baked in a buttery sauce are absolutely irresistible. They are the perfect party food and a welcome sight on the dinner table.

- 1 dozen (1 package) Hawaiian slider rolls
- ¾ pound thinly sliced roast beef
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce use your favorite brand
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Sauce Ingredients

- ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1-½ teaspoon poppy seeds

Preheat Oven to 350°. Slice Hawaiian dinner rolls horizontally and place the bottom half on a 9 x 11″ baking sheet. In a small bowl whisk together BBQ sauce, mayo, and Dijon mustard. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.

Layer thinly sliced roast beef and cheddar cheese over the BBQ mixture. Place the top half of the dinner rolls over the roast beef and cheese.

Make the sauce by adding butter, brown sugar, remaining Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds to a small sauce pan. Bring mixture to a boil over a medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove sauce from heat, and spoon mixture over the sliders.

Cover the pan with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for another 5-8 minutes until the tops of the rolls are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Cut rolls into individual sliders and then serve warm.
