INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
- 1 can pinto beans drained and rinsed (15 oz)
- 1 can sweet corn drained (15 oz)
- 1 can diced green chiles 4 oz
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Shredded cheddar cheese for garnish
- Fresh cilantro chopped, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS

In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain any excess grease.

Transfer the beef mixture to a crockpot.

Add diced tomatoes, pinto beans, sweet corn, green chiles, beef broth, taco seasoning, and cumin to the crockpot. Stir well to combine.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped cilantro.
