°cherry tomatoes: 250 g
°pepper: 1 pinch
Wash the cucumber, remove its extremities, then peel every other strip of skin. Cut it into slices about 5mm thick.
Place a drop of Caprice des Anges, then a red or yellow cherry tomato. Pierce everything vertically with a bamboo pick. Keeping fresh to ready to serving
