°2 pounds ground beef
°2 garlic cloves, minced
° ½ teaspoon onion powder
° 1 pound cooked bacon, cut into pieces
° 8 eggs
° 1 cup heavy whipping cream
° ½ teaspoon of salt
° ¼ tsp ground black pepper
° 1 package (12 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Preheat oven 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Heat skillet on medium-high heat. Cooking also toss beef with garlic also onion powder to brown and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain & discard the fat.
Spreading beef in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch casserole plate. Stir in bacon pieces.
Whisking eggs, heavy cream, salt also pepper in bowl until well blended. Stir in 8 ounces of cheddar cheese.
Pour egg mix on beef and bacon. Toppig with the rest 4 oz of cheese.
Bake in preheated oven until top is golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
