Ingredients for 4 persons :
° 250 g gariguette strawberries
° 2 bananas
° 2 to 3 tbsp. brown sugar
° 1 tbsp. lemon juice
° 20 cl of very cold liquid cream
° Fresh mint, to garnish
Calories = Medium
Quickly wash the strawberries under running water, then hull them and cut them in half. Put them in a bowl.
Add the lemon juice and brown sugar (depending on the ripeness of the strawberries), mix gently.
Peel the bananas, then cut them into slices and add them. Mix immediately, without crushing them. Leave to macerate until ready to serve.
To serve, divide into cups and top with liquid cream, lightly whipped to make it more airy.
