PIZZA BURGER PIE
1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
Heat broiler to 400°F. Shower 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking splash.
In 10-inch skillet, cook hamburger and onion over medium intensity 8 to 10 minutes, mixing at times, until meat is brown; channel.
Mix in salt. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheddar.
In little bowl, mix remaining fixings with fork or wire speed until mixed. Fill pie plate.
Heat around 25 minutes or until blade embedded in focus tells the truth.
