Crispy Potatoes with Cheese

Ingredients for 4 persons

4 large potatoes
1 egg yolk
2 minced garlic cloves
herbs of your choice (parsley, tarragon, chives, coriander…)
salt and pepper
olive oil


1 Peel and grate the potatoes. Put them in a pass and press well to drain them.
2 Add an egg yolk, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper to the potatoes. Mix well.
Heat a little olive oil in a sauté pan. Place small piles of potatoes and flatten them to form patties.
4 Cover and cook for 10 minutes on each side.
pour finish
Serve hot with a green salad.
