°1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
°1 cup crushed pineapple

°Half a cup of granulated sugar
°20 pieces of graham crackers, mashed
°½ cup pineapple cut into cubes
°cup shredded coconut
Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until slightly foamy in a medium mixing bowl.
Gradually mix in powdered sugar until everything is well mixed.
In a mixing bowl, combine whipped topping and whisk until foamy.
Add the mashed pineapple with a teaspoon and set aside.
Mix the crumbled graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a small mixing bowl until well combined, then place the mixture in a baking dish.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm, then top with shredded coconut and chopped pineapple.
