Soft, crispy and airy all-in-one!

Ingredients :
° 240 grams of flour
° 1 egg
° 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
° 1 teaspoon of yeast
° 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
° 1 tablespoon of sugar
° 1 tablespoon of baking powder
° 1 pinch of salt
° Half a cup of water
° soft sugar
Knead the yeast dough. Let’s go up.
Divide the dough into two parts and separate the cakes. Each cake is cut into 6 triangles. Let’s go up.
Fry in a pan with plenty of oil.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving
