Pancake recipe

What will you need

+ for pancakes:

° a c of soft unsalted butter

° a c of granulated sugar

1  egg

° 1½ t of vanilla extract

° a cup of milk

° ¼ cup sour cream

° 1⅔ cup all-purpose flour

° 1½ t baking powder °

° a teaspoon of bread yeast

° ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

° ½ teaspoon salt

+ to decorate:

° 3 tablespoons of melted butter

° a cup of granulated sugar

° 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon

* How to prepare

Step 1:

Preheat oven 375°F and coat a standard muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray, then set aside.

The second step:

Add the butter and granulated sugar to a large mixing bowl and mix for about 2 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Then adding eggs, vanilla, milk also sour cream and mix until combine.

Step 3:

Stir in flour mixture, butter, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Use a rubber spatula to fold it in until blended. Be careful not to over mix

The fourth step:

Pour the batter into a greased, spooned muffin tin, filling half of each tin.

Fifth step:

Transfer the muffin pan to the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes

Sixth step:

After baking, let the muffins cool in the muffin tray for 1-2 minutes, then place them on the cooling rack.

Decorations:

Seventh step:

Melt the butter for the filling in a small bowl. Meanwhile, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon in another bowl.

Eighth step:

Once the muffins are out of the oven and cooled for a few minutes, brush each muffin with a thin layer of melted butter using a pastry brush.

Step 9:

Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously over the butter layer.

Serve hot and enjoy
