ingredients:
•2 cups of graham crackers.
•12 tablespoons butter – melted.
•Half a cup of powdered sugar.
•4 large apples, peeled and sliced.
•Half a cup of granulated sugar.
•Half a cup of brown sugar.
•2¼ tablespoons of flour.
•A teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
•¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg.
caramel sauce.
Methods :
Step 1
Prepare a mini muffin pan by spraying it with nonstick butter and preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Start by melting the butter, then using a spoon, combine the graham crackers with the powdered sugar and melted butter in a medium bowl (add the butter slowly and spread evenly)
Step 3
Fill 24 mini muffin cups with an equal amount of batter. Create a “cup” shape by pinching the bottom and sides. Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
Step 4
prepare the apples by cutting them into small pieces; I did it with a mini food processor. Don’t mash it, just chop it fine. Next, mix them in a bowl with sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Fifth step
Bake the apple mixture in a baking dish at 375° for 15 minutes, or until the apples are somewhat soft.
Step 6
While the graham cracker crust cups are still in the muffin pan, use a teaspoon or two to scoop some of the apple mixture and spoon it over the graham cracker crust cups. Then sprinkle more graham crackers over the apples.
Step 7
Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees, then let cool completely. You can loosen it from the pan with a knife, after which it should fall off. Dollop with caramel sauce and served
