Blackberry Cobbler

Blackberry Cobbler

This Blackberry Cobbler has a soft and fluffy cake-like topping instead of the traditional cookie. My friend said this Blackberry Cobbler was the best he’s ever had. Serve hot with whipped cream or whipped cream. 977 1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk

1/4 cup salted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Making a Blackberry Cobbler
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Heat to (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking pan.
Prepare the fruit: Combine sugar and corn in a small bowl. Place the blackberries in a mixing bowl and drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle corn mixture over top and stir until well coated. Distribution in ready-made foods. Preparing the crust: Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl until well combined. Whisk in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla until combined but still slightly frothy. Pour the fruits into a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven until fruit is tender and crust is golden brown, 55 to 60 minutes.
