Peach cobbler POUND CAKE

INGREDIENTS :

°2 cups flour
°250g of butter
°1.5 cups of sugar
°1 tsp salt
°1 sachet of vanilla sugar
°5 eggs

PREPARATION :

Mix the butter with the sugar until the mixture is frothy.

Lightly beat the eggs and add them in 4 times to the butter-sugar mixture.

Gradually add the flour and salt and pour the mixture into a buttered mold.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes and let cool completely before unmolding.
