Ingredients (4 people):

°Shortbread (shortbread)
°180 g of flour
°60 g semi-salted butter
°60g unsalted butter
°60 g of sugar
°1 tsp yeast
°Salted butter caramel
°80 g of sugar
°1/2 lemon
°120 g semi-salted butter
°320g sweetened condensed milk°
°Milk chocolate
°200 g of milk chocolate
°5 cl whipping cream
°vanilla ice cream

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 170°.
Put all the shortbread ingredients in a bowl and knead the dough with your hands until you get a smooth ball.
Distribute the shortbread in small rectangular molds or in special molds for chocolate bars, on 1/3 of height
Bake for 20 minutes then remove from the oven and let cool.
