°300g white chocolate
°10 cl liquid fresh cream
°100g coconut flakes
Preparation of the dough
1- put the chocolate in the bowl and melt 5min speed 1, 100°
2- heat the chocolate speed 1 to 100° and add the liquid cream in three batches through the lid. Be sure to leave about 10 seconds between each pour.
3- mix 30sec speed 3
4- add the butter and heat 1 min 100° speed 1
5- pour 20g of coconut shavings into the batter and transfer to a salad bowl.
