°2 lb ground beef or turkey
°3 teaspoons minced garlic
°1 large yellow onion, diced
°2 1/2 cups of water
°1/2 cup beef broth
°1/3 cup olive oil
° 2 cans tomato sauce
°2 can diced tomatoes
°1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
°1 cup Adobo seasoning
°3 bay leaves
°1 tsp seasoned salt
°1/2 tsp black pepper
°2 c elbow macaroni
°1 c mozzarella cheese
°1/2 c cheddar cheese
In a large saucepan, brown your ground meat in a skillet over medium-high heat until half cooked, remove from heat.
Add the garlic, onions, olive oil and until the meat is fully cooked.
Adding water & broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian season, bay leaves and seasoned salt, pepper & adobo seasoning. Blending well.
Reduce the heat and cover – cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Adding uncooked elbow macaroni to pan, mix well to combined
Cover again and simmer for about 30 minutes
Once cook, removing bay leaves
Add only cheddar cheese and mix until combined
Add the mozzarella just before serving
