Ingredients

°lasagna leaves
°chicken tenderloin
°broccoli
°bechamel
°cheese

Preparation

 Make a simple bechamel in which you add a little garlic paste.
 Slice an onion and add to the sauce.
 Cook my broccoli then purée with a fork.
 Cook my chicken fillets, season and cut into thin strips.
 Place a plate of lasagna, broccoli, chicken, béchamel, a plate of lasagna.
 Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese.
 Bake for about 40 minutes and finish with 5 minutes of broiler.
