Slow Potato Soup Broccoli Cheddar
°1 Chopped onion
°1 chopped carrot
° Handful of celery, chopped
°2 cloves garlic, chopped
°1 tbsp butter
°2.5 c chicken broth
°2 t flour
°1 c milk
° 2 potatoes, cubes
° 4 broccoli blossom c, small cubes
°1 c cheddar cheese
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Chopping onion, carrot, celery and garlic in food processor, melting butter in a saucepan over medium heat also adding vegetables. My heart is for 5 mn.
Adding flour, salt also pepper, stir well, adding stock, milk and potato cubes, boil and leave for 15 mn.
Adding broccoli and parmesan also leave for 5 mn. Adding cheddar cheese, stirring well and remove from heat.
Take 2 cups of soup and grind them in a blender, put them back in the pot.
