Home-Fried Breakfast Potatoes


  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 medium red potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon ground paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes. Add bacon crumbles, remaining olive oil, salt, paprika, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and browned, about 20 minutes. Serve hot
